SEO & Content Strategy

During my time at Hartley People Group I led a full SEO overhaul across all three brands Hartley People, Flexiforce and Burton Sinclair. This covered everything from keyword research and meta optimisation to schema markup and content restructuring. I migrated both primary sites from Yoast to RankMath Pro and built out location and sector specific landing pages to bring in more targeted traffic. To make sure each brand was pulling in the right audience I also developed a keyword ownership strategy to stop the three domains from competing against each other in search.

Paid Media & Google Ads

I built Google Ads campaigns from the ground up for both Hartley People and Flexiforce, taking care of keyword research, writing the ad copy, setting up sitelinks and building out negative keyword lists. The campaigns were designed to work alongside the SEO work already in place and to start generating real performance data as quickly as possible.

Brand & Graphic Design

I created visual content across all three brands covering everything from LinkedIn carousel posts to social media graphics and campaign assets. Working across permanent recruitment, temp staffing and executive search meant adapting the tone and look of each piece while keeping things consistent within each brand's identity.

Web Management & Development

I managed and updated multiple WordPress sites across the group, handling page builds, Elementor template work and ongoing content updates. I also prototyped a full redesign of the Flexiforce website in HTML, benchmarked against competitor sites, as a way of proposing a more modern and conversion focused user experience.
