Branding
Flexiforce
Refreshing a brand identity with a new colour palette.
Client :
Flexiforce
Year :
2026
Industry :
Recruitment Services
Project Duration :
2 weeks

Brief:
Flexiforce wanted to evolve their brand identity by introducing colour into their logo. Rather than applying random colours, they wanted a palette that felt intentional and that reinforced their visual identity so it could extend consistently across their website and wider branding.

Concept Development:
We shortlisted a palette the client responded well to, starting with five colours and refining down to a core set of four. From there, we explored a range of directions. Geometric shapes, linework, and typographic treatments to find a visual device that could carry the new colours without overpowering the existing mark.

Refinement
Two concepts made it to the final round, a staggered circle motif and a slanted line motif. Both versions were tested against the correct colour shades, proportions, and spacing to ensure they sat comfortably alongside the existing logotype. The slanted lines were ultimately chosen for keeping the mark clean and legible.
Final Outcome:
In the final stage, we fine tuned the details: centring the icon against the logotype, adjusting letter spacing on the tagline, and thinning the slanted lines for better balance and breathing room between elements. The result gave the logo a more cohesive, considered feel.
The client was happy with the final identity and rolled it out with confidence, giving their branding a more unified, consistent presence.
