Brief:
Flexiforce needed a website that matched the ambition of their growing recruitment brand. The existing site felt dated and didn't give employers or job seekers a clear path to act. The brief was to rebuild the site in WordPress, align it with the refreshed brand identity, and make it easy for two very different audiences , employers and candidates to find what they came for.

The Vision:
The vision was a site that felt modern, trustworthy, and fast, without losing the personal, local feel that sets Flexiforce apart from national agencies. Every page needed a clear next step like post a job, browse roles, or get in touch. Structure and content had to work together, especially across location specific pages built for different regional audiences.

UX & Structure:
Working in Elementor, the focus was on consistent, intentional layout by fixing team profile pages, logo strips, anchor links, and footer structure so the site felt cohesive page to page. The information architecture was restructured around two distinct user journeys, employers looking to hire and candidates looking for work. The navigation, page hierarchy, and calls to actions were tailored to guide each audience toward the right action.
Technical Build & Outcome:
Under the hood, the build involved custom CSS across dozens of components, DNS and email configuration for subdomains the timesheets portal, and location specific landing page copy written for both employers and job seekers in areas like Waterford and Wexford. The result is a site built to scale with the business, not just launch and sit still.
